The Whole Lamb package is the perfect option for protein connoisseurs. Savor the refined taste of our 100% grass-fed lamb, a clean, quality and easily-digestible protein! Our lambs are sourced from the family ranch just down the road where they grow up grazing the wide-open rangeland native grasses and forbs of Southwest Wyoming. After weaning, they come home to be grass-finished with us, rotationally grazing our pastures, and, during cooler times, are provided access to shelter and supplemented with grass hay grown and harvested from our fields. Our lamb is all-natural, one animal one ingredient, (no growth hormones, non-GMO, no antibiotics, & no vaccinations), BECAUSE WHAT YOU EAT MATTERS! We raise our animals with integrity to produce the most nutritious, flavorful, easy, and trustworthy grass-fed lamb!

Freezer Space: The Whole Lamb will need two cubic foot of freezer space and will fit in standard home Fridge/Freezer with plenty of room to spare.

This package includes approximately:

Four Leg Roasts 3-4# each, Four Shoulder Roasts 2 # each, 28 Lamb Chops, Ribs, and a variety of Stew Meat and Ground lamb 1 # each.

Packaging: All cuts are professionally packaged, vacuum-sealed and labeled.
